We create places
where your story can unfold.

Since the beginning of human history, people have created stories. Our stories are stories of real estate – and of the lives lived within it. We believe in continuously developing the way people experience property, embracing new trends, ideas and possibilities while remaining passionate about what we do. Everyone involved in the R49 project shares the same goal: to create a residential environment that combines a high standard of living, thoughtful design, quality apartments and a genuine connection between people and their homes. These are our commitments.

R49 represents a brand built around a high standard of living, creating beautiful and welcoming homes for individuals and couples who value quality, comfort and flexibility. Our team brings together experienced professionals with decades of combined expertise. Everything we do is guided by one simple principle: where and how you live matters. That is why we create homes designed to give you more – more comfort, more convenience and more flexibility to suit your lifestyle. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, careful attention to detail and a strong commitment to the guarantees we provide, we aim to create the foundations for carefree, comfortable living.
